Study
Study is the most widely used language lab software in the world, enabling MFL teachers in more than 30,000 classrooms, including prestigious universities like Oxford University California State University.
Sanako Study is a Windows application that is locally installed onto PCs, laptops or tablets, transforming your normal classroom into an advanced language lab. It helps language teachers to manage language classes more efficiently and keep students focused on their language learning tasks.
Hardware
Because Sanako Connect is a web-based solution, you will avoid the significant up-front investment costs that traditional language labs require. Students can use school computers and their own devices to access the software and complete exercises and homework.
To get the best out of the software in a classroom environment, we do however recommend the use of noise cancelling headphones with microphones which we can supply at competitive payment terms.

Student Assessment
When using Sanako Connect verbal exercises are individually recorded and automatically marked. Not only does this functionality save teacher time, but also allows teachers to record their own feedback (verbal or written), highlighting errors and improvements required. Students can access this feedback at any time in the future and is a great way for them to track their own progress.
Group Talk
Sanako Connect was developed from software originally used to support stand-alone language-lab installations. As a result it offers key features which enable teachers and students to converse and undertake exercises as a whole class or as smaller groups. Activities enabled by this unique functionality is proven to improve pronunciation and build confidence in speaking at an individual level.
Instant Feedback
Our industry leading AI enabled pronunciation assessment feature provides students with instant feedback on the quality and accuracy of their speaking. The tool scores students on a scale of 1-5 for the pronunciation of words, sentences and phrases, also highlighting areas of improvement and encouraging repetition.
Performance Dashboards
Within Sanako Connect teachers are able to monitor many aspects of student progress through intuitive and interactive dashboards at a class and individual level. The solution can also be used to set homework and track progress through to completion. Dashboards are also accessible to students to encourage ownership of their learning.

Sanako Study in a nutshell...
Sanako Study comes in two varieties. Study 700 provides a foundation capability, often used in schools and colleges, whilst Study 1200 offers more advanced features, mostly used by universities and more advanced teaching institutions. Whichever language centre suits your needs, they are both highly interactive solutions designed to work exclusively within the classroom environment.
A language centre can be created in a dedicated PC suite but many customers simply convert a classroom by using wireless laptops and tablets.
With the Sanako Study software installed on a local PC (accessed by the teacher), each additional computer becomes an independent study positions for learners to practise on their own, in pairs, as a sub-group or working as an entire class.
Designed around the concurrent perpetual user licence system, the Study range of language centres is easy to deploy & maintain, with no compulsory ongoing costs.
