At Sanako, we recommend that you take our Support and Maintenance cover with any of our Study software range. For one annual price you will receive software updates and support to keep your system optimised, helping you to get the best from your investment.

You will have access to our support team via telephone, fax and email, plus up to five internet remote assistance sessions can be used.

As an ISO approved company, Sanako offer a very competitive service that keeps your investment up to date with all the latest service packs and full release versions. Our record of delivering frequent and beneficial new versions has been proven over many years and by paying up-front for the rights to these new releases you can save money.

Is it just technical support?

No, any member of staff can raise issues directly with our support team, such as 'How do I do this? and 'Can the system do that?'

The contract also provides the additional benefits of preferential rates for training and 10% discount on headsets and associated spare parts.

Another option?

The other option open to any customer is to wait until new versions are released and then pay for the upgrade. However, this path can prove to be more expensive than Support and Maintenance.
