SANAKO Remote Inspection

Remote Inspection allows SANAKO to provide fast, easy and secure remote-support services, resulting in a superior customer experience every time. The process involves;

  1. Agreeing to a time-slot for the remote inspection to be conducted
  2. Logging on to the problem PC and browsing to the SANAKO remote inspection web page (details of the page for that session are provided via email)

During the inspection the support specialist is able to take full remote control of the teacher PC and any devices connected to the class, can have a textual chat with you, can send files to and from and (if required) will phone you to talk things through.

The solution is Citrix based and does not get affected (or blocked) by the vast majority of institution firewall settings.
