Today, technology and in particular the networked PC are essential
tools for teaching and learning right across the curriculum. However
this places great demands on the in-school support team and, in
addition can increase the level of expertise required by the teaching
staff. Sanako, as part of our responsibility to our customers, have
developed a number of services to help ease these pressures, and help
our customers realise the optimum benefit from their investment.
SANAKO Software Maintenance
Keep your investment up-to-date with all the new features and
benefits of the latest software release versions via the SANAKO
Software Maintenance program. By paying a fixed annual amount you will
be entitled to free upgrades during your period of cover. The amount
that you pay will be significantly less than waiting for the new
versions and then paying for the upgrade. Our record of new release
versions is impressive and this program offers true value for money and
allows you to budget your future expenditure.
SANAKO Remote Inspection
Our support specialists can take remote control of your teacher PC
at an agreed time and run through a set of pre-defined tests and checks
and where appropriate take remedial action to correct any issues and
ensure correct and optimal operation of your investment. This
inspection takes about 45 minutes to complete and a full report is sent
to you on completion. During the inspection you will be able to watch,
text and (if you choose to) talk with the specialist.
You do not have to be a SANAKO support contract holder to have a
remote inspection conducted but priority will be given to requests from
contract holders.
SANAKO Teacher Training Sessions
Make sure that your teachers are able to get the best from your
investment by having an approved SANAKO Teacher Training Sessions. One
of our trainers will come to site and provide training to your
teachers. The exact content and nature of your training session can be
agreed prior with the trainer but these sessions are typically 2 to 3
hours in duration to a maximum of 10 persons. Printed training material
will also be provided.
SANAKO Technical Training Sessions
Make sure that your network administrators are able to support your
investment by having an approved SANAKO Technical Training Sessions.
One of our trainers will either come to site or host a session here at
our Bradford offices. The exact content and nature of your training
session can be agreed prior with the trainer but these sessions are
typically 2 to 3 hours in duration to a maximum of 2 persons. Printed
training material will also be provided.
