SANAKO recognise their solution may provide your technical support
team with fresh challenges and learning experiences. To this end,
SANAKO can provide you with all the required training that is
necessary. One of our support specialists can come to site to provide
this training or they can come to the SANAKO offices for a day. The
most likely options for user training are;
- A ‘taster’ session for all interested technicians where the basics
are trained and the potential of the solution clearly demonstrated.
- An ‘advanced’ session for one key person where detailed training
can be undertaken and then ‘filtered’ down to their colleagues during
everyday usage.
Printed material will be handed out during training and used as a basis.
